Returns, Refunds Policy How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please email info@lonestarpotterysupply.com to request a refund. If the item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipment, instructions on how to proceed will be sent to you based on the manufacturures policy or shipment company's policy. For example, photographs of damaged shipping material may be required by one shipper, and actual shipping material by another. If the item is not damaged or defective in any way and you wish to return it, items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
