Lone Star Pottery Supply would like to give you the best possible shipping price.
Because of the varied shape, weight and size of pottery supplies, it is difficult to price
shipping based on weight alone..
If you place your order online, we will calculate the shipping charges and include them on an
e-mailed order acknowledgement. The shipping cost will appear as a seperate charge on your
credit card statement. If you prefer to know your shipping costs before placing your order,
please send us an email at info@lonestarpotterysupply.com with the items you wish to order
and we will be happy to calculate your shipping charges and provide you with that information.

Returns and Refunds Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a
manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email info@lonestarpotterysupply.com to request a refund. If the item has a manufacturer
defect or was damaged during shipment, instructions on how to proceed will be sent to you based on
the manufacturures policy or shipment company's policy. For example, photographs of damaged shipping
material may be required by one shipper, and actual shipping material by another.
If the item is not damaged or defective in any way and you wish to return it, items will be subject to a
10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling
